Social media can be annoying. It’s nice to take breaks from it, but we still need ways to find out about shows and other artists. Bands can use Bandcamp and other sites, but there are promoters and media people that we need updates from. If you leave social media for any reason, be sure to check if your favorites have their own websites or non-social media links. Some websites even have options to subscribe via email. (I’m not trying to encourage anyone to leave social media, I swear.)
